Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or conduct reasons.

No Pets Allowed

No pets are allowed in the studio. Service animals are welcome in the waiting area but not permitted in piercing rooms for hygiene reasons.

No Unattended Children

We understand that sometimes children may need to accompany you to your appointment.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly ask that children not receiving a piercing remain seated in the lobby or in the waiting chair inside the piercing room with you. If your children are not old enough to stay seated for extended periods of time, we ask that you bring another adult to supervise them during your appointment. Running or roaming around the studio is not permitted. Our space contains sharp tools and biohazardous materials. These guidelines are in place to protect both your children and our staff, while ensuring a calm and professional environment for all clients. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, welcoming space. By planning ahead, you can relax and enjoy your appointment knowing your children are comfortable and cared for.

ID REQUIREMENTS &
AGE RESTRICTIONS

IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR ANYONE GETTING SERVICES REGARDLESS OF AGE.

PLEASE HAVE THE APPROPRIATE ID READY AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.

For minors under the age of 16

- Birth Certificate

- Non expired state issued ID card

- Non expired passport

* Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must also show ID from the "adults ages 18 and older" section.

For minors ages 16 and 17

- Non expired state issued ID card

- Non expired Driver's License

- Non expired Driver's Permit

- Non expired passport

- Birth certificate

* Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must also show ID from the "adults ages 18 and older" section.

For adults ages 18 and older

- Non expired state issued ID card

- Non expired Driver's License

- Non expired Driver's Permit

- Non expired passport

* We cannot accept a birth certificate for anyone over the age of 18.

Piercing age restrictions:

- We do not pierce kids under 5 years of age.

- Kids between the ages of 5 - 12 years old are only able to receive earlobe piercings

- Kids between the ages of 13 - 17 years old are able to get all piercings except for tongue piercings, nipple piercings, dermal piercings and surface piercings.

APPOINTMENTS & CONSULTATIONS

Walk‑Ins Welcome

We accept walk‑ins, but scheduled appointments are encouraged to guarantee availability and minimize wait times.

No‑Show Policy

Missed appointments without notice (no‑call/no‑show) will incur a $20 fee. This ensures fairness to our staff and other clients waiting for time slots.

Lifetime Support

Every piercing includes free lifetime consultations. You can return anytime for advice, check‑ups, or troubleshooting.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay.

Monthly Sales

We regularly run promotions and seasonal sales. Follow our website and social media to stay updated.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify, items must meet the following requirements:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags/seals intact.

• Return must be initiated within 14 days of in-studio purchase.

• Return shipping is the client’s responsibility.

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Exchanges are processed promptly.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry that has been worn, inserted, removed from it's packaging, or altered in any way.

If you believe your jewelry is defective, please reach out. We stand behind our pieces with the Glimpse Guarantee.

If the wearable part of your jewelry is the wrong size, such as flat back posts being too long or too short, please reach out and we will ensure you are taken care of.
