Piercing Placement Guarantee​​​

Precision matters. Before every piercing, we carefully mark placement and confirm your approval. If you’re not fully satisfied afterward, we will re-pierce it at no cost. Re-piercings must be scheduled within 30 days of your original appointment. After 30 days, standard service fees apply

Jewelry Guarantee

Quality is forever. Every piece of jewelry purchased from Glimpse is protected for life against manufacturing defects, including missing gems or structural damage. If a defect occurs, bring it back and we’ll replace it free of charge. This guarantee does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by improper care. While we tightly secure every piece, jewelry can naturally loosen over time. We recommend checking the fit weekly to prevent loss.

Complimentary Downsize Jewelry​

Healing requires precision. Initial piercings are performed with slightly longer jewelry to allow for swelling. As swelling subsides, downsizing is essential to prevent migration and support proper healing. 

We provide your downsize jewelry at no cost. If you’d like us to install it for you, simply schedule an appointment. A small service fee applies.

Please note that downsize jewelry is complimentary only for piercings that require downsizing for proper healing.

Free Jewelry Upsizing

If you experience additional swelling within the first 12 months of healing, we’ll provide upsized titanium jewelry from our Essentials collection and service at no charge.
